A wide selection of meats and sausages from the local butcher’s, game from local hunters, fresh fish from Deutsche See caught with gentle fishing methods (they won a sustainability prize), fruits and vegetables from local suppliers, some of them also from our own gardens and orchards, we do not use any flavour enhancers, preservatives and dyes.
At the Bodenmaiser Hof traditional, sophisticated regional cuisine is interpreted in a new way with a Mediterranean lightness and a shot of creativity.
